Download Troubleshooting
Retry a processed-file download and find where your browser or mobile device saved it.
Updated August 27, 2026If a processed file is ready but you cannot find it, use the result's Download or Download again button, then check the browser's download list and your device's Downloads folder.
The download did not start
- Select the download button once and wait for the browser response.
- Check whether the browser asked for permission to download multiple files.
- Look for a blocked-download indicator near the address bar.
- Keep the result tab open and try Download again.
- If the result was cleared or the page was refreshed, process the original file again.
Where the file usually goes
- Desktop browsers usually save to the configured Downloads folder unless they ask for a location.
- Android browsers usually show the file in Downloads or the Files app.
- iPhone and iPad downloads commonly appear in Safari's download list and the Files app, often under Downloads.
The exact location is controlled by your browser and device, not EveryFileTool.
ZIP and multiple-file results
Some batch and PDF tools package multiple outputs into a ZIP file. Download the ZIP, then use your device's archive support to extract the individual files. Keep the tab open while a large ZIP is being prepared.
